Glyph Mobile Authenticator

We currently offer a mobile authenticator for Android.

You can download them on Google Play (Android) on your smart device. The app is named "Glyph Auth" on Google Play (Android). You might see it refer as “RIFT Authenticator” in app, however it will work for all Glyph games.

How to add the mobile authenticator?

Follow the below steps to add the mobile authenticator to your Glyph account:

Open the authenticator app and click Setup
Navigate to Account Security and Privacy and log into your account
Click on ADD for the Glyph Mobile Authenticator
Enter the Serial Key found on the Setup page of the app on your device and the answers to your security questions
Fill in the Captcha and click Apply Serial Key
Click Back on the App and then click View Security Code

Your account is now protected by a Mobile Authenticator, and you will find the codes here for when you attempt to log into any of our games

How to remove the mobile authenticator?

Follow the below steps to remove the mobile authenticator from your Glyph account:

Open the authenticator app and click View Security Code
Navigate to Account Security and Privacy and log into your account
Click REMOVE for the Glyph Mobile Authenticator
Enter the Security Code and click NEXT STEP
Enter the answers to your security questions
Fill in the Captcha
Enter the security Code and click REMOVE AUTHENTICATOR

How to regain access if I forgot the answers to my security questions or no longer have access to the device?

If you are unable to proceed because you no longer have the device or have forgotten your answers, get in touch with us. Make sure to contact us using the email linked to your account.

The code provided by the mobile authenticator does not work.

If your Mobile Authenticator is appropriately attached to your account, but the code is still not working, you can try syncing. To do this please follow the below steps:

Click on View Security Code
Then click on Sync
Wait until the next code is generated and attempt to log in again

There is a blank Serial Key Box.

In some cases, your Mobile Authenticator will display a blank Serial Key box on start-up.
Please follow the below steps to restore your Serial Key, re-enable your Mobile Authenticator, and retrieve a Security Code for game login:

Open your Mobile Authenticator app and click the "Setup" button.
Click "Restore Lost Serial Key" at the bottom of the page.
Enter your account email address and password, and then click "Submit."
Input the answers to your security questions and click "Login" (your Serial Key should now display properly).
Return to the app's home screen
Click "View Security Code."
You should now see your new security code to log into games through Glyph
