What are security questions for?

Glyph users can set up security questions and answers to keep their account secure.

The security questions will be required to add and remove a mobile authenticator.

The answers will also be asked from you when you want to update the email address of your account.

Where can I set my security questions?

  1. Navigate to Account Security and Privacy
  2. Select two security questions
  3. Enter two distinct answers to the questions
  4. Make sure to remember the answers
  5. Click SAVE ANSWERS

What should I keep in mind when setting up my answers?

Your security questions cannot be edited once they have been set.

When the system prompts you to answer your security questions, you will have to type them exactly as you spelled them when you activated them. This means you should remember the exact spelling of the answers. This includes:

  • Lower and upper cases
  • Spaces
  • Special symbols
  • Digits

What should I do if I forget my security question answers?

Security answers cannot be edited by users. If you have forgotten the answers, you should contact our customer service team.
