Offline Vendor FAQ
Do I need to stay on the login screen to keep my Offline Vendor open?
No. First, open your Vendor Shop and set up the items you want to sell. Then click the “Offline Vendor” button to activate the feature. Do not close the game client during the logout process. Please wait until your character has been logged out automatically, as closing the client too early may interrupt the Offline Vendor setup. Once the automatic logout is complete, you can fully exit the game while your Offline Vendor remains active.
What if I can’t see other offers sent through whispers?
Using the Offline Vendor is optional. Normal vendors will continue to work as usual. The Offline Vendor is simply an alternative for players who are unable to stay at their PC.
What happens during a server restart or zone crash?
After server maintenance or a zone crash, the Offline Vendor will close and must be used again. We are currently working on an improvement so that Offline Vendors can remain active after a zone crash.
How can I see my sales?
The Vendor Summary is shown when you log back into the character that opened the Offline Vendor. If any items were sold or purchased while you were offline, the summary will display those transactions.
What level is required to use the Offline Vendor?
The Offline Vendor is available to all characters at Level 70 and above.
What happens if I log into the same server with another character?
As soon as you log into the same server with another character, your Offline Vendor will close.
Can I play on another server while my Offline Vendor is active?
Yes. You can log into another server and your Offline Vendor will remain active. It will stay open until you log back into the server where the Offline Vendor is running.
