How to Make A Purchase in The Fiesta Shop
In order to buy items from the Fiesta Online shop, you'll need Fiesta Talers. You can buy these in the Fiesta cash shop.
Step 1: Enter the Fiesta cash shop
Click on the "Charge" button. If necessary, log in to the secure area of the cash shop again using either your game or gamigo account.
You can also access the cash shop at any time via the "My gamigo" area in the portal.
Step 2: Choose packets
Now you just need to select which and how many cash packets you want to purchase.
Step 3: Select method of payment
Now choose a method of payment by clicking on it and then "Continue".
Step 4: Enter payment information
Enter all the necessary information for the payment and confirm by clicking "Continue".
Thank you! Your order has been processed. The Fiesta Talers you purchased will be credited to your account in a few minutes for most payment methods.
Bank transfers made within Germany are usually processed within 2-4 business days. Make sure you entered the account and transaction numbers correctly. If an error occurred or the money has not arrived within the period listed above, check to see if it has been credited to your g-account.
You can transfer money from your g-account to your ingame cash account easily by selecting "g-account" as your method of payment in Step 3 as listed above. If the money is not credited to your g-account or another problem has occurred, please use the form to contact our Support team.
How to purchase premium items in the Fiesta Online Item Shop
Step 1: Navigating around the Item Shop
To find the items you are looking for, just click through the various categories in the shop. You can also find your favorite items by using the search function.
Be sure to check out our special offers and promotions. They often contain rare items which will help you progress in the game.
By the way: You can see how many Slime Coins you have available under "Balance" at the top.
Step 2: Buying an item
To buy an item, just click on the "Purchase" button for that item. If you would like to purchase more than one of the same item, you can increase the quantity by clicking on the "+" symbol above the "Purchase" button.
AFTER PURCHASE, THE ITEM WILL BE SENT FROM THE SHOP TO YOUR INGAME PREMIUM INVENTORY
Step 3: Assigning the item to a character
The item will be credited to your account after it has been purchased. Assign the item to a character in order to use it in the game. You can find the items you purchased from the shop in your premium inventory.
How to gift premium items in the Fiesta Online item shop
Step 1: Check the prerequisites
First you should check if you are qualify to gift items to other players:
1) The gifting option is not available for all items.
2) You need to have purchased at least one item for yourself in the item shop.
3) You must have spent at least 100 euros of Fiesta Taler (in the EU) in the past 180 days
In the US you must have spent at least 100 Dollars in the past 180 Days
4) The sum of the value of all objects cannot be higher than 50% of the self-acquired assets.
5) The minimum of your character level must be 30.
Provided that all conditions have been met, there should be no problem.
Always check on the correct specification of the character that will receive the items (and the server on which it is located)
Step 2: Gifting an item
Gifting items basically works the same as buying an item. Choose the item that you would like to gift and click on it to navigate to its detail page. Then just click on the "Gift Items" button. If the button does not appear under the item, this item cannot be gifted to other players. If you would like to gift more than one of the same item, you can increase the quantity by clicking on the "+" symbol above the "Gift Items" button.
Step 3: Choose the character you would like to send this item to
In the next step, you need to select the realm and name of the character you would like to send this item to. Then simply click on the “Send Now” button. The item will be credited to that player once it has been gifted. The player can find the items in his or her premium inventory.
