Glyph Security Features

Modified on Tue, 17 Dec at 11:49 AM

Any time you log in from a new computer or your IP address changes you will trigger Glyph security feature.

What is the log in flow for Glyph?

Once you open Glyph you will have to log in with your username and password and then will be taken to a 2nd window requesting an authentication code. This code will be sent in an email to your registered email address. Enter this 6 digit code into the Authenticator Code field and click 'Log In.' This location will now be saved and you will not need to enter a new code until your IP address/location changes. If you do not want to save your location you can uncheck "Don't require authentication codes from this location" and you will have to enter a code at every log in.

  • If you are unable to find the email with the code, make sure to check your spam folders. If you use Gmail also make sure to check the Promotions/Social tabs at the top of the inbox.
  • If you use a Hotmail/Outlook mail if the email doesn't show up in your focused mailbox you might need to check the Other tab to view your email.
  • If you need to have the code resent to your registered email address, close Glyph entirely, restart Glyph and attempt to log back in. This will trigger an additional code to be sent to your registered email address.

I use an authenticator, what is changing for me?

If you have an authenticator attached to your account, your authenticator will override this new Glyph Security feature. The flow will be exactly the same as above, except you will enter the code from your authenticator instead of being sent an email.
