We greatly appreciate when players take the time to report bugs to us.
If you encountered a bug please follow the steps below to make sure your report gets sent to the correct place.
Please use the form below to submit your report, and make sure to write your report in English: Bug Report
If you have multiple bugs to report, then please open separate submissions for each bug.
Make sure you fill all relevant fields with the specifics of the bug you are reporting. The more specific, the better:
- Platform (Android, iOS, PC, Switch, PS, Xbox): For mobile, please include your device and operating system.
- Category: Bug Report
- Game: Please select which of the 4 games the issue occurred in.
- Subject (Summary of your Issue)
- Description (Issue explanation): For example, what are the name(s) of any involved quest/NPC/item? What location did this issue occur exactly? Please be as specific as possible. What happened and when? What level is your character?
- Steps to reproduce your issue: Most importantly, if possible, please include a list of specific steps we can take to reproduce this issue on our end.
- Expected Behavior: In one sentence, what did you expect to happen? For example "I collected all the upgrade materials and clicked upgrade and the item was upgraded"
- Actual Behavior: In one sentence, what actually happened?
- Attachment - Screenshots/video of your issue: Often the most useful information we can get for bugs will be screenshots or video documentation of the bug occurring. Please attach them to your report!
Keep in mind that even though your submission will be read, you may not receive a development team response. However, any changes made in regard to bug reports are going to be listed in the FATE: Reawakened patch notes.
