Missing Characters since Glyph update

If you have logged into RIFT and see the incorrect shards or are unable to locate your characters, it is very likely that your Region is not set correctly. For some users the region setting was defaulting to North America, instead of what they previously chose. Log out of the game entirely and then in the Glyph patcher, with RIFT selected, in the top-right select the appropriate region from the drop down menu. Log into the game normally and you should find your characters.
