In order to recall to a predetermined location, you need to use the spell 'Soul Recall.' This can be found in the general tab of your Abilities panel (P). To bind your Soul Recall to a new location, you will need to talk to a Porticulum Master and choose the option 'Bind my soul' This will ask you if you want to bind your soul to this location. Afterwards, anytime you use the spell Soul Recall you will be teleported to that location.
