By default, there is an automatic Club leadership promotion system in place, which is handled entirely by the server.
The automated leadership promotion system cannot be disabled or bypassed by contacting Customer Support.
If the President of a Club leaves the Club or goes inactive for 45 days or more, the highest ranked active member will be promoted within 48 hours.
Players are marked as active when they participate in Club quests and are donating Clubits.
The automated leadership promotion system has been implemented to give every Club member a fair chance to progress in Clubs with inactive Presidents.
Due to the change of leadership within the Club, any changes done by the new President are rightful.
