When you create a support request we kindly ask you to describe the problem in as much detail as possible. The more information we have, the quicker we can process your query.
Please do take a look at our FAQ section, too. You may well find a solution to your problem or answer to your question there.
Please make sure that you give a valid e-mail address when you create a support request. Otherwise, we will not be able to answer you. Of course, this should refer to the e-mail address entered in the account.
If you wish to attach documents to your support query, e.g. screenshots, please make sure they are in .jpg form. This is because .jpg files are much smaller than other picture files.
Should you already be in contact with us, then it is helpful to answer to the last response, as long as it concerns the same problem. The creation of numerous new support queries would only unnecessarily prolong the process.
