What happened since June 8th?

As you have all seen, since the 8th of June, Rats was not playable.
It saddens us to say this, but despite all our efforts, our beloved game "Rats" will not be able to come back online. Despite months of trying, 9 different engineers and external help.

We know that many of you have been with us since the very beginning in 2013. You built an incredible community over the years. For that, we say thank you, a million times.

As this is very sudden, we understand if you would like to get a refund on your recent spending. So, if you have spent real money in Rats in the last 60 days (on or after the 9th of April 2021), we can help you. See more details below.

I have bought Rats currency on Facebook. How can I get a refund?

To be able to help you, we will need some information on your payment.
You can find the Facebook payment information here: https://secure.facebook.com/facebook_pay/payment_history
We will need:  
- The email connected to the account that made the purchase
- The transaction ID
- The payment service provider (example: Paypal, Apple, Google, etc...)

 

I have bought Rats currency on Android. How can I get a refund? 

Please contact our support here and add the following information:
- Order number (code starting with GPA with 16 numbers)
- The order date (the day you purchased it).
Once the refund is done, you will receive an email from googleplay-noreply@google.com saying the amount was refunded.

I have bought Rats currency on iOS (Apple). How can I get a refund? 

Apple does not offer us a platform to refund you. You will need to contact Apple directly: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Select "Request a refund" and "Other"
- Then select the payment done on or after April 9th

 

I have bought Rats currency on the browser version. How can I get a refund? 

Please contact our support here and add the following information:
- The email connected to the account that made the purchase
- Your account name in-game
- The transaction ID
- The value of the refund
- The payment service provider (example: Paypal, Apple, Google, etc...)

 

I have bought Rats currency on Vkontake /  MoyMir  / Крысы Mobile: веселые игры. How can I get a refund?
