Can I retrieve my missing or deleted event items?

If the event in question is still ongoing and if you contact Customer Support within 72 hours after the deletion or disappearance of the event item in question, then we can help you restore your items as a one-time courtesy.

What should I include in my message to Customer Support to have my items restored?

You should provide Customer Support with the exact name of the event in question but also with a list containing the exact names of all the event items you want to have restored.

When you create your ticket, make sure that you also indicated the name of the character and the server on which it is.

What if the event in question is now over or if I contact Customer Support outside 72 hours?

Unfortunately, in this case, Customer Support will be unable to assist you with your event item restoration request.
