After the purchase, diamonds are usually credited to the player account shortly.
In a few cases, however, for technical reasons it can take a little longer. If you do not receive your purchased diamonds without delay, please be patient for a few minutes and try reloading the page a few times. If that does not help, try clearing your browser's cache once and restarting it.
If your diamonds still are not on your account, then please contact our support via ticket.
In the ticket you should describe the process as detailed as possible (payment method, value of the order, used email address and transaction number). The more detailed you describe the problem, the faster we can look at it and search for a solution.
