Before you start playing with a friend or family member using the same network, you have to apply for a trust, otherwise, both accounts will be considered multi-accounts and might be banned. You can apply for a trust pass by writing a ticket to our support team. In the ticket, please specify all the user accounts you wish to include in the trust as well as the server designation (e.g. Western front).
While being part of a trust, you’ll have to follow these rules:
1. all players using the trust are not allowed to attack each other;
2. all players using the trust are not allowed to trade with each other or via a third player;
3. all players using the trust are not allowed to attack or spy on the same enemy player;
