I purchased some AP for the first time on my account but I haven't received them and an "Error" message is displayed where my AP should be, what do I do?

Your account's AP purchases are temporarily suspended while we verifyyour accounts' billing information. Please note that this is a manual verification that can take up to 48hours. If you are still suspended after that, please send a ticket with the following information:

  • Aeria Games account on which you purchased the AP.
  • In-game name of your character on this account.
  • Date and time of purchase.
  • Payment Method.
  • Transaction ID or any other way of identifying that purchase.
