I haven't received my AP purchase, what can I do?

Please first log in on the Aeria website and make sure that the AP purchase has been registered correctly on your account. If you notice an issue with your APs after checking on the website, then please contact us via ticket and provide us with the following information:

  • Aeria Games account on which you purchased the AP.
  • In-game name of your character on this account.
  • Date and time of purchase.
  • Payment Method.
  • Transaction ID or any other way of identifying that purchase.
