How can I challenge a decision of support team?

If you have any complaint about a support decision, please feel freeto send an e-mail QA department at qa@looki.com Please don't forget toinclude your ticket ID as well as a description of the reasons foryour complaint, so that we can thoroughly review any problem relatedto your ticket. Please note that the QA department is only to becontacted once you already contacted your support team but areunsatisfied with their answer. For any issue on your account, helpneeded or various questions, always address your support first. QA isan internal service to ensure our customer support strictly followsour company's guidelines and allows you to report any eventualdisagreement that you may have with our technicians and game admins.
