The Windows 10 operating system has certain compatibility issues with some aspects of our games. These are being worked on, however if you experience any technical or login issues when attempting to access any of our games we suggest running them in compatibility mode. Please follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the location you installed Glyph (C:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph)
- Right-click on the GlyphClient application
- Select Properties
- Click on the Compatibility tab
- Check the box 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
- From the dropdown choose Windows 7 or Windows 8
- Click OK
- Repeat above steps for all games you play (Normally C:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph\Games)
- Once you complete the above run from the Glyph client normally
