Issues Creating an Account
If you are having trouble creating a Glyph account please try the below steps:
- Attempt to register using a different browser using this link
- Try registering on a different computer or on your phone
- Try clearing your browser's cache
Google Chrome
- Click on the Options menu (top right corner of browser by default)
- Select 'More tools'
- Select 'Clear browsing data..'
- Choose from 'the beginning of time' from the dropdown
- Click 'Clear browsing data'
Firefox
- Click on the Options menu (top right corner of browser by default)
- Click on 'Options'
- Click on 'Privacy' tab and then on 'Clear your recent history'
- Choose 'Everything' from the dropdown
- Click on 'Clear Now'
Edge
- Click the Hub icon
- Click the History icon
- Click the link labeled Clear all history
- Check the boxes for each item you want to clear
- Click the Clear button
- The message "All Clear!" will appear at the top when the data has been erased.
Internet Explorer
- Click on the Options menu (top right corner of browser by default)
- Select the 'Safety' menu in the upper right, and select 'Delete Browsing History'
- Unselect Preserve Favorites web site data, and select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History
- Select 'Delete'
Safari (Mac)
- Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen
- Click 'Preferences'
- Click the 'Privacy' tab
- Click the button 'Remove All Website Data....'
- Click 'Remove Now' in the pop up window that appears.
