Question:

How can i rename myself?

Answer:

You can rename yourself by purchasing and using a Callsign Change item in the store.
Alternatively, if you wish to re-use symbols you have unlocked in a Tiered Spender Event, you can purchase the Rename Service in our Webshop or a Callsign Change item and then contact us via ticket or the services form with your requested name.

Keep in mind that you can only use special symbols already unlocked on your account and that your name must not be longer than 12 characters.

 

Question:

How can I get special symbols for my name?

Answer:

You can unlock one special symbol per unlocked Tiered Spender Rank 11. 

Once unlocked, you can submit the services form linked on the page of the Tier 11 rank.
Keep in mind that you can only select one of the following symbols:
✔☆★♫™☣®▲✪☢♥♠♣♦♪✘©♕✵☩✌☠❄

Additionally, reaching Rank 12 in the Tiered Spender Event will unlock the [VIP] tag for you.
Be aware that this tag counts as 5 characters, so you only have 7 left for the rest of your name.

Once unlocked, you can use the special symbols as many times as you want, however it is not possible to exchange one symbol for another without unlocking the other in a Tiered Spender Event first.

 

Question:

My inventory is full, what can I do?

Answer:

If you have items in your inventory that you can not delete yourself, please submit a ticket with a list of items you would like us to remove.

Be aware that once deleted, the items can not be restored anymore.

 

Question:

There are empty spots in my Gift Box.

Answer:

Please submit a ticket and we can remove these empty slots for you.

 

Question:

I have a Full Upgrade Kit that I try to use, but its only giving me an error.

Answer:

Please make sure that you have at least 50.000 Gold to cover the upgrade costs.
If it still does not work, then submit a ticket and we will remove and resend the item, as it sometimes gets bugged.

 

Question:

Where are my rank up rewards? Can you send them to me?

Answer:

Unfortunately, this feature is still being worked on by the developers and we are currently not able to retroactively grant these rewards.

Due to this, we have to ask you to have a little bit more patience while the developers complete the work on this feature. Once done, the game team will announce it.

 

Question:

I saw someone cheating, how can I report them?

Answer:

Please gather evidence if possible and send them to us in a new ticket.

Be aware that for hacks or cheats, we require unedited video evidence from within the game.
This evidence must be uploaded on an external filehost, so we can download the footage. This is unfortunately not possible on sites such as Youtube. 

For other cases, such as players having inappropriate names or behaving inappropriately in the game, we need a full, unedited and uncropped screenshot of the game.

Once submitted, your report will be forwarded to the Game Team, which will investigate the case and take appropriate action.
Please note however, that we do not provide the results of any investigations due to our Privacy Policy.

 

Question:

I have recently returned to the game and I lost GP, why is that?

Answer:

Inactive players gradually lose GP in order to remove them from the ranking to free up those spaces for the active players.

These GP are unfortunately not restorable.

 

Question:

Can I wish for the Wolf Trap pro, Shock Mines, or other bombs in the Tiered Spender Event?
What about armor for my character?

Answer:

This is unfortunately not possible as these items are not part of the game anymore.

Please also be aware that you can only wish for characters and weapons, but not for EX-Items or armor parts.
